Will you post or tag our client's shoot?+

Not without your permission. Agency shoots are white label by default: your client relationship and your credit stay yours.

Do we get a GST invoice?+

Yes, a proper tax invoice on every booking. Rates are quoted ex GST with GST at 18 percent, so billing your client and claiming input credit stays straightforward.

How do we get the footage?+

Every raw file is yours and leaves with you the same day. Nothing is held back and nothing is watermarked.

Can we block recurring slots for our clients?+

Yes. If you shoot every month, message us your typical volume and we will quote a standing arrangement with priority scheduling. Volume rates are on enquiry.

Where are you and what are the hours?+
